- Raw small tender mango
- Red chilli Powder
- Mustard seeds
- Salt
Preparation Method
Wash and dry mango, add red chilli ppwder,kashmirichilli powder,crushed mustard seeds,salt with boiled cool water mix well and add that salted small mangoes. Arrange the mangoes in a jar and pour the mixture into it See that the mangoes lie immersed in the water. Spread a neat piece of cloth dipped in gingelly oil over the mangoes to keep them away from fungus and mould The pickle can be used after it’s kept thus for a month.Your tender mango pickle is now ready to be enjoyed with your favorite South Indian meal!
